Birchbox is looking for a Merchandising Operations Associate to help coordinate day-to-day operational needs for the Birchbox Merchandising function. You will report to the Operations team & take ownership of product data required for new product launches & maintaining an accurate product catalog. You will communicate with external & internal stakeholders regarding product data updates & inconsistencies, work to correct outdated or inaccurate data, manage in-office inventory, execute cross-team product handoff processes & assist the team with other needs as they arise. You will work closely with both the Operations & Merchandising teams & will serve as their right-hand to ensure the quick & accurate setup & maintenance of all merchandising-related internal data.
What youll do:
- Create new full-size items in our product catalog
- Request & compile product set-up information directly from our brand partners
- Regulatory review with our Product Development team
- BAU SKU data maintenance
- Manage the WERCS product submission process for all retail partnership SKUs
- Enter & maintain SKU data in external partner systems
- Field internal & external SKU data update requests
- Assist with & maintain accuracy for our product catalog
- Manage in-office inventory & cross-team product handoff process
- A Bachelors Degree
- 0 - 2 years of work experience
- Familiarity with Excel & Google Suite
