Were looking for a data-driven Business Analyst + Project Manager to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, youll support managing, analyzing & reporting on all in-market operations & new initiatives. For each initiative, you visualize what success looks like & do whatever it takes to drive it to completion. If youre laser-focused on outcomes & KPIs, inspired by curiosity & are eager to drive operational excellence, this is a role for you. 

How youll help us be successful

As the Business Analyst + Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of aspects of our field operations & identifying areas for improvement. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Gather, interpret, & analyze data - find patterns & trends throughout to help identify opportunities & optimize results
  • Present data in simplified ways + prepare material for field audience
  • Identify data, process & technology issues through monitoring & measuring operational performance
  • Improve existing workflows & find areas of improvement & opportunities for automation
  • Drive planning & execution of cross-functional initiatives through operational execution & metric tracking
  • Analyze performance of localized initiatives ensuring key milestones are met

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-4  years of work experience within planning or analytics
  • Strong project management & communication skills
  • Business-savvy with experience working with operations, sales and/ or marketing teams
  • Expert in Excel, Google Sheets & data analyzing; experience in Looker and/or  SQL preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, task prioritization, follow-up, & quick learning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with dedication, passion & motivation
  • Strong personal & interpersonal skills; team player always
