About the Team & Opportunity:
Responsible for improving upon data ecosystem for self-serve analytics, including serving as a thought
leader for data mart development. Improve data quality through tests, refactoring, & reviews. Work
largely in Looker to provide data-driven insights to teams. Develop a deep knowledge of our internal data
systems & an understanding of how to use them to operate Quartet efficiently. Identify opportunities to
improve care to patients, analyze usage patterns on our web products, measure effectiveness of new
initiatives, & expose company-wide insights to our leadership team. Contribute to our underlying data
infrastructure, writing SQL to support more complex analysis or new measurements as needed. Create
documentation for technical & not technical teams on data definitions & how to use the data. Develop
data quality tests while continuously reviewing, optimizing, & refactoring existing data models. Develop
and maintain dbt data models as well as Looker Models & Explores, using dbt, Looker, & Looker ML.
Evaluate & understand information gathered from multiple sources (healthcare claims, operational
tools, web application, & third-party data. Own analytics deliverables end to end, including data
integrity, analysis, validation, & documentation. 5% domestic travel required to visit customers and
attend company events.

Requirements:
This position requires a Masters degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
and 3 years related experience. Must also have 12 months of experience with each of the following: 1)
Researching, designing, & developing new technologies to help companies leverage data to support
business functions; 2) Processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources and
establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development,
model validation, & model implementation; 3) Managing metrics reporting & performing mathematical
and statistical modeling to produce business insights & analysis; 4) Utilizing database technologies,
including SQL & ETL, to design, develop, & evaluate highly innovative business intelligence tools and
automated reports; 5) Designing & building data models data marts utilizing dbt; & 6) Creating data
visualizations & analysis through Looker. 5% domestic travel required to visit customers & attend company events. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Will accept experience gained
before, during, or after Masters degree. Full-time, position located in New York, NY
