THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a Process Manager to design & implement processes related to our Warehousing & Distribution operations. You will play a critical role in driving implementation of our next-gen systems & creating the global standard for the processes that drive effective usage of these platforms. Operating as the subject matter expert, you will define the future capabilities roadmap & drive the daily cadences required to reduce cost, eliminate waste & standardize processes. You will play a key role on the New York based Continuous Improvement team - working closely with the warehouse teams, internal & external IT, & other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Peloton Supply Chain continues to provide value to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Own the creation & deployment of Warehousing & Distribution processes

  • Work closely with business users to determine optimal process flows & generate associated business requirements documentation
  • Support the implementation of warehouse management & transportation management systems within Peloton distribution centers
  • Perform hands-on system & software configuration to enable business functionality
  • Participate in on-site implementation to ensure complete delivery of the business requirements
  • Assist in the development of test plans to ensure that all requirements are validated
  • Build training documentation & facilitate user acceptance testing for Warehouse applications & any related scanning & label printing hardware
  • Work with operations management to set up & maintain Operational Master Data including routes & durations, inventory locations, location classes & statuses, zones & other required master data to enable system operation

Provide Sustaining Support for Warehousing & Distribution Platforms

  • Troubleshoot & resolve systems issues & escalate to vendor when applicable
  • Monitor, Troubleshoot, & resolve system issues by deep diving root cause & escalating to IT partners and/or external vendor where applicable
  • Evaluate impact of new deployments on existing processes & perfect the process to roll-out functionality to new warehouse sites
  • Train & mentor teams in the Field & HQ on solutions & best practices in support of process implementation & continuous improvement

Drive On-going Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor & evaluate solution effectiveness through creation & on-going analysis of key performance KPIs related to warehousing & distribution
  • Drive process & productivity improvements into existing operations based on analysis of processes versus system capabilities & anticipated gains. Define return on investment & gain alignment with Ops/IT on associated ROI & resourcing

Be the Warehousing & Distribution SME for Strategic Programs

  • Develop deep expertise with the transportation management system (TMS) & warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Lead and/or play a consultative role related to the Peloton system releases - driving projects implementing new supply chain processes & associated management metrics working alongside internal business partners, IT project managers, Operations teams, & 3PL partners

Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience working in the Warehousing & Distribution space with minimum of 1-2 years driving process improvements and/or system deployments
  • Bachelors in Operations, Supply Chain, or related Business degree; Masters degree a plus
  • Working knowledge & understanding of lean, project management & change management - Six Sigma, PMP or change management certification are a big plus
  • Clear communicator with keen ability to present findings in succinct presentations; experience with executive communications
  • Strong quantitative, analytical & critical thinking skills with demonstrated use of data analysis & metrics to drive decision making & continuous improvement
  • Love to work collaboratively in a group, you have a willingness to dig in & contribute as a part of a cross-functional team
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts & financial acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence internal & external customers to get results
