Tock is looking for an experienced & motivated Regional Territory Account Executive to support our expansion. As a member of Tock's growing sales organization, you'll be part of a dynamic group, working with some of the world's best Chefs, accomplished entrepreneurs, & world-famous restaurant owners. You want to work in a startup environment & excited about the restaurant & hospitality industry.
You will build a high-quality, strategic pipeline to encourage the use of Tock with customers. As a Regional Territory Account Executive, you will manage the end-to-end sales process; lead generation, solution demoing, negotiation, & hand-off to our implementation team to ensure customer success. You will report directly to the Director of Sales & be based in New York City.
Travel to customer sites & periodic travel to our office is required. To facilitate travel & entry to our offices (absent a bona fide medical or religious reason), proof of vaccination is required at this time.
You'll Get To
- Pitch Tock to replace & improve current reservation systems
- Establish a vision & plan to guide your long-term approach to pipeline generation
- Exceed sales revenue goals & overall goals
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Become a Tock product expert to lead online & onsite product demonstrations
- Build your territory pipeline of prospects through cold-calling, internet search, & professional networking
- Manage complex sales & develop a strategic regional plan
- Manage daily activity within Salesforce
- Work with Tock's Account Management team to ensure expectations set during the sales process are achieved during implementation
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years selling software (SaaS experience ideal)
- 1+ year experience developing the business development strategy for a new territory
- Past success meeting sales quotas
- Past success selling during market creation phase
- 1+ year experience facilitating client-facing meetings
- 1+ year experience using Salesforce to manage pipeline
- Negotiation skills
- Bachelor's Degree

Cash Compensation Range: $95,000 - $101,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, qualifications & experience, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Tock employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
