The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will report to the VP, Global Sales & Marketing & will be responsible for developing Digital Marketing strategies & tactics that efficiently drive global customer growth across all Paid & Organic Marketing channels. 

Key Accountabilities:

  •         Lead the acquisition Marketing team & manage external agencies
  •         Manage monthly/annual Marketing planning, forecasting & budget process
  •         Manage current media channels & test into new channels & partners
  •         Build strategies to support branding, acquisition, & financial goals
  •         Work closely with Finance to build models to support new business ideas
  •         Work closely with Creative & Merchandising teams to execute Marketing strategies
  •         Work closely with Brand Partnerships, IMC, co-op teams on seasonal/tentpole campaigns
  •         Partner with CRM, Analytics, Social, & Product Management on Audience development
  •         Partner with Analytics to connect & utilize audiences across all Marketing tools
  •         Build SEO strategy & work with Product Management & Engineering to drive change
  •         Embody fail fast mentality by developing tests & iterating on learnings across platforms
  •         Connect the dots between global & regional team members
  •         Develop strategies that take advantage of new technologies and/or data sources
  •         Own MarTech roadmap

  Your Talent:

  •         10+ years e-Commerce experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
  •         10+ years of Digital Marketing experience
  •         Apparel e-Commerce experience required
  •         Luxury e-Commerce experience a plus
  •         Client & agency experience a plus
  •         Excellent communication, written & presentation skills
  •         Strategic thinker with the ability to be hands-on when needed
  •         Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, CJ, Merchant Center, SEMRush, Looker, etc.
  •         Excellence budget management & financial acumen
  •         Detail oriented & organized
  •         Strong planning, organizational & implementation skills
  •         Experience reporting to senior executives using insights & storytelling
  •         Web Development and/or SQL experience a plus
  •         Web analytics admin experience a plus
  •         Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or quant field a plus; Masters degree preferred
