Oscar Product is a growing, fast-paced team using technology & design to revolutionize healthcare. Our work on tech spans several areas: building innovative consumer experiences, technology & infrastructure, expanding into new markets, creating better ways for healthcare providers to interact with patients, optimizing internal operations & processes, & lots more. And we work alongside a talented set of technologists with Product, Engineering, & Design forming a tight, high-performing team.
As a Director of Product, you'll play a key leadership role in defining product strategy for our growing +Oscar business. You'll oversee the product teams building a platform that enables healthcare providers to deliver high quality outcomes, powers high performing networks for health plans, engages with healthcare providers to adapt to the rapidly evolving landscape of value based care, & enables Oscar's clinical decision making processes. You'll work closely with our provider engagement & operations teams, clinicians & Oscar Insurance P&L teams to develop strategies for driving engagement & awareness with a surface area that ranges from B2B tools network management tools to point-of-care tools for network providers to embedded experiences in providers' Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
You will report to the VP of Product based in NYC.
