This is an exciting opportunity for the role of Recruiting Coordinator. The incumbent forms as part of the HR Shared Services team.

Job Responsibilities:

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you represent Visa & the Talent Acquisition Team while interacting with candidates. You will assist in all operational support activities for our recruitment interview process. You would be responsible for delivering best in class candidate experience, whilst partnering with hiring managers & recruiters. You will also have opportunities to work on recruitment initiatives & projects.

Your principal stakeholders will be the recruiters & hiring managers within Visa; & all potential candidates outside Visa.

You would be responsible for ensuring that the recruitment process is progressing effectively & in a timely manner & you would also own the reporting & stakeholder communications for this piece.

Role & responsibilities

Delivering a meaningful service-experience to managers & candidates involved in the recruitment process
Oversees & ensures accuracy of all candidate records in ATS system (SmartRecruiters)), which includes administrative activities required to maintain compliance (applicant files, etc)
Support on Talent Acquisition related projects & initiatives
Report creation & occasional analysis required
Effectively engages with candidates & hiring managers to form strong working relationships & rapport; ensuring all SLA's are consistently met with respect to scheduling of interviews
Responsible & working across multiple time zones for scheduling interviews via multiple channels (phone, video, onsite, hiring events)
Own all the logistical arrangement prior to the candidate event, create a best in class candidate experience
Supporting remotely based candidates in arranging their visit to the Visa offices, & in helping with their expense reimbursements in a seamless fashion
Owning the operational process behind every requisition on ATS (SmartRecruiters) i.e. managing to process the candidate's status in the various stages of the process via system
Ensure that all internal compliance guidelines w.r.t the Recruitment process are met


Qualifications & competencies that we would like in the potential role-holder:

You are able to multi-task & prioritize, highly organized & detailed-oriented. You have the ability to be flexible & handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency, effectively solve problems & overcome challenges in a fast moving environment & can provide consistently high quality work with minimal errors. Most importantly, you are a team player & are ready to take up any new challenges!

Bachelors or Post Graduate degree - E
Strong attention to detail & ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks at once - E
Energetic person with strong interpersonal skills - E
Confident & able to connect well with people across hierarchy - E
Very good verbal & written communication - E
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel - E
Any prior work experience would be advantageous in quickly coming up to speed - D
1-2 years of related work experience (Recruitment, Consulting background) would be a plus, but not mandatory - D
Ability to take simple decisions independently (where appropriate) or seek direction where required - D
