As a CX Supervisor you will report to ourSeniorOperations Manager Latam. You will have to identify opportunities & initiatives to make the CX teams reach a higher performance level including people, structures & OKRs.
A CX Supervisorat Gympass will:
- Manage the Customer Success Team (Gyms, HR or End-Users);
- Provide constant feedback & guidance so the team can achieve better results & better customer experiences;
- Analyze service metrics & discuss with the leadership improvements to reach better results;
- Contribute to creating an environment of trust & responsibility;
- Know how to engage & recognize the team;
- Build & ensure excellent stakeholder relationships.
The qualifications required for this position are:
- Proven track record in developing teams;
- Fluency in spoken & written English;
- Capable of working closely with internal stakeholders & customers
- Enthusiastic team player with make it happen attitude;
- Excel & Zendesk knowledge would be great;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Be a problem solver & multitask professional.
