THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Commercial Director Suppliers for FanDuel Casino to lead our Commercial relationships with key partners of the Casino business. This role will be critical in building out Commercial best practice for the Casino business, by building strong internal & external relationships, creating process & structure to ensure we drive efficiencies with growth, & maximizing the effectiveness of our partnerships. 

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Own the Commercial relationships with key Casino suppliers
  • Work closely with Legal, Product & Content teams to build & negotiate strong new & renewed agreements, focusing on maximize effectiveness of the partnerships
  • Build key structures & processes for the effective management of all partner deals, renewals, payments & supplier issues
  • Create & communicate high quality insights around our suppliers to the Casino management team, delivering actionable insights to improve performance / efficiency
  • Foster a culture of diligence working with Finance & Content teams to ensure the business conducts itself suitably
  • Work with Content & Tech teams to hold suppliers accountable for any degradations in service
  • Collaborate with other business unit stakeholders to ensure cross-departmental learnings are shared & we are driving efficiencies across the group

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in either Retail Gaming / Sports Betting, iGaming, or in a role delivering SaaS
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience & ability to build & lead a highly performing team
  • Extremely well-organized with a natural ability to build process & structure to deliver meaningful results & drive efficiencies
  • Show exceptional diligence with regards to Commercial agreements, with proven experience in negotiating & executing contracts at a high level
  • Be able to work at pace when required, with the ability to drive collaboration & progress between cross-functional teams in a short timespan
  • Be able to build positive & effective relationships both internally & externally
