This position is based in Brisbane, CA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify & prioritize emails in a timely & professional manner.
  • Account manage & oversee issues; prioritize methods taken to solve issues.
  • Ability to multitask, solve escalated issues & work independently.
  • Draft well-written emails to Customer/ Consignor Relations explaining & answering any questions that arise.
  • Research & answer any questions asked.
  • Work with the appropriate people on negotiate pricing disputes & resolve concerns.
  • Resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Work closely with various internal departments & contacts to resolve issues including, but not limited to Consignor/ Customer Service, Returns, Outbound Operations.
  • Prepare, track & send all fine jewelry repairs.
  • Send & update various reports daily.
  • Manage the product sort on all received items.
  • Other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of customer service, event, account or project management skills.
  • Experience with luxury goods & customers a plus.
  • Familiarity with jewelry industry/terms a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task & excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated & a team player.
  • Manage competing priorities & know when to escalate issues.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excelability to create & edit spreadsheets a must.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment.
  • College degree and/or GIA coursework preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of jewelry & watch brands & /trends.
