THE POSITION:

We are looking for an Executive Compensation Director to join our team. You will play a key role in helping to lead the Total Rewards team in planning, designing, implementing, & communicating equity compensation policies & practices aimed at enabling FanDuel to bring in the best talent to drive great business performance. You will also play a key role in planning & developing materials relating to Executive Compensation partnering directly with stakeholders across the company. You will be able to leverage your curiosity to analyze data & come up with creative solutions to set the foundation & support our complex growing business.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Lead the planning & preparation of materials relating to Executive Compensation
  • Provide full scale administration of FanDuels equity compensation & employee stock purchase programs
  • Responsible for supporting the issuance of new grants, exercises, cancellations, & vesting event planning & execution in partnership with other equity plan stakeholders
  • Partner with key business stakeholders (i.e., Tax, Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Team) & support tax & regulatory compliance
  • Responsible for supporting job evaluations & compensation recommendations for all senior executives
  • Function as primary point of contact for both employee inquiries & external providers on all equity plan administration related matters
  • Handle the data management & integrity of equity plans between systems & providers, including overseeing data transfers, troubleshooting issues, & engaging with partners & parent company
  • Review, analyze & enhance existing executive compensation & benefit programs to ensure market competitiveness & business relevance.
  • Develop & maintain educational materials & other resources related to LTI equity compensation; lead employee training sessions as needed
  • Develop guidelines & document procedures for various equity compensation-related processes
  • Participate in other projects for the Total Rewards team as assigned

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5+ years of stock plan administration
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency with Office Applications, including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
  • Results oriented with natural curiosity to solve-problems & come up with actionable solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of equity plans, various equity award types, equity security terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
  • Highly organized, analytical, & detail-oriented
  • Ability to consolidate & work with large volumes of data
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred
