About the role:
We're seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Channel Partner Marketing to own our channel & partnership strategy, transforming our partner program into a pipeline-generating powerhouse. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth & market expansion by developing & executing impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies with our strategic partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel & Partnership Strategy: Define & execute a comprehensive strategy to drive pipeline growth through partners & channel relationships.
  • Strategic Partner Development: Identify, cultivate, & manage relationships with key strategic partners to create win-win opportunities & expand market reach.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with strategic partners to develop & execute joint GTM plans that align with shared business objectives.
  • Joint Marketing Initiatives: Plan, launch, & oversee impactful co-marketing campaigns that drive demand & build brand equity with & through partners.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop a comprehensive suite of enablement tools & content to support partner success, including sales tools, training materials, & marketing assets.
  • Program Management: Oversee global partner marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution & measurable impact.
  • Revenue Growth: Transform the partner marketing function into a key revenue-driving unit, setting clear KPIs to measure pipeline contribution.
  • Leadership: Build & lead a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, & product teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related roles in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing & scaling partner programs that directly contribute to pipeline & revenue growth.
  • Expertise in building & managing strategic partnerships & alliances.
  • Strong ability to create & execute joint GTM strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of launching & managing co-marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills to influence internal & external stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics & optimize performance.
  • Strong knowledge of partner enablement strategies, tools, & content creation.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $220k-250k (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
