The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via Zendesk related to commercial subscriptions; renewing annual subscriptions; following up on past due invoices; & assisting with posting transactions to NetSuite, following established policies, practices, & procedures for Peloton Commercial.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist must have strong attention to detail & excellent customer service skills, as there is heavy interaction with commercial customers. This position requires the ability to research & resolve customer issues & respond appropriately. The Accounts Receivable Specialist reports to the Commercial Credit Manager & interacts with other members of the credit department, commercial support, accounting, sales, & other departments as needed.
