We are seeking an experienced account management professional to manage & grow relationships with the largest names in financial services. The right candidate is a natural at building & maintaining strong partnerships. Has demonstrated success with owning & growing client relationships (cross-selling/up-selling, increasing utilization) with major US financial institutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact & provide outstanding service to both business & product stakeholders at client organizations
  • Open up new lines of business within existing client organizations by developing relationships outside of our primary contract contacts & working collaboratively with the sales team through the close process
  • Solicit feedback for upcoming product releases & advocate for client needs in internal product roadmap conversations
  • Understand current client needs & future plans in order to identify upsell opportunities

Job Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of account management experience in the financial services industry
  • Able to quickly understand new technologies & complex concepts
  • Well organized, with a high attention to detail & the ability to prioritize
  • Strong phone, written, & verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
  • Natural leader & passionate coach who inspires their team to perform
  • Strategize & execute on department-level goals, including but not limited to churn reduction, user adoption, customer satisfaction, & account growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product & Operations to resolve issues, incorporate customer feedback, & drive customer satisfaction & account growth
