We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our TA Team to work with our Corporate functions; Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, Product & Engineering team in identifying, screening & hiring qualified candidates. In this role, you will be responsible cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for Vroom through innovative outreach methods. You will work to reduce the time it takes to fill each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of your hiring managers.
Lead by example & provide recruitment support to our organization
Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas & disciplines
Conducts recruiting strategy kickoff meetings with high degree of influence
Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas & disciplines.  
Demonstrates thought leadership with the client groups to hire top talent
Owns conducting pre-brief & debrief meetings with client groups & play a key role in decision making by demonstrating abilities to make appropriate tradeoffs
Research, build & be a Talent advisor on competitive & market driven insights to help engineering leaders better understand their unique talent markets
Drive collaboration, process & teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process
Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration & teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
Ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System & other systems

Education & Experience
7+ years' experience with full project life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment, startup exposure a plus
Experience recruiting for Tech & Product at all levels
Experience being a strategic advisor on talent related matters
Strong understanding of talent & competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness & online/social media
Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations & other sources of great candidates
Excellent communication, time management & negotiation skills
Ability to work with internal clients to develop & iterate best-in-class profiles to reflect the talent needs of the business
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to adjust, re-prioritize & thrive in a dynamic environment
Appreciation of & ability to advocate for the value of diversity & inclusivity of gender, race, background, & diversity of thought
Strong ability to assess talent at all levels of experience
Experience with compensation structures & negotiations
Experience working with Lever applicant tracking system is a plus
Demonstrated ability to build & foster strong relationships with hiring managers at all levels of the organization
