ABOUT THE ROLE

The Solution Designer Associate will be responsible for assisting with the creation & implementation of robust formalized intake processes of new service offerings that involve teams within the Operations, Identity & Trust (OIT) organization. Such processes will need to concentrate on an intake lifecycle that will streamline service clarity, service design, & the oversharing of expectations across the cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent experience. These service transitions will focus heavily on the consumption but are not limited to an adequate understanding of volume, coverage, access, training, & timelines. The overall objective is to create a framework that leverages collaborative communications globally across all lines of business for seamless service intakes & transitions aligned with our guiding principles.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Participate in meetings with business partners to solve service transitions. 
  • Coordinate, gather, review, & validate information accuracy 
  • Defines & streamlines processes & procedures to support process goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks to improve existing processes & standards.
  • Create & maintain process documentation & templates.
  • Build & deliver verbal & written communications to stakeholders.
  • Identify & apply lessons learned to improve the intake process.
  • Maintain working knowledge of OIT SLAs & functions.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver services within deadlines.
  • Align with peers to ensure the solution is aligned with their processes.
  • Present upcoming changes to OIT & other business teams.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 1-2 years of service desk processes, functions, & business operations
  • 1-2 years of building workflows or process designs
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communicator with the engagement of all levels of leadership
  • Self-starter motivated to deliver results with limited direction
  • Attentive to detail in both written & verbal communications
  • Avid at problem-solving, making improvements, & forward-thinking
  • Ability to challenge standards & think outside of the box
  • Proficient PowerPoint & presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of Lucid charts or Visio
  • ITIL Certification
  • LEAN SIX SIGMA Certification
  • Familiar with Agile practices
