What will you do
- Lead the discovery, definition, planning & execution of our vision for DVs data infrastructure.
- Interface with multiple teams to understand their domain & needs, work closely with the platform team who execute on the vision & infrastructure.
- Lead data Lakehouse & data processing products adoption in DV, plan the integration with their built-in features & define advanced capabilities on top of it.
- Collaborate with leading industry vendors negotiating scope & timeline.
- Work closely with Legal, Architecture & other teams to form data-related policies, to integrate them into the platform & to drive cross-organization adoption.
- Partner with the development, data analysis, product & data science teams to identify user personas & business use cases, translating those to product requirements.
- Setup KPIs to track progress, analyze team effectiveness & ensure that developed solutions are widely adopted by DV engineers, analysts & support teams.
- Help us rethink how we treat our data, its locality & ownership.
Who you are
- 6+ years of combined full time working experience
- 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager in Tech company
- Experience with leading projects from planning to completion
- Experience in data platforms or infrastructure products
- Strong analytical skills & critical thinking
- Hands on SQL experience
- Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence
- A team player with excellent collaboration & communication skills
- Close collaboration with leading industry vendors.
- Experience in an Agile environment
- Fluent English.
- B.Sc. in CS or any other quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)
Nice to have
- Experience working with Big data technologies (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Kafka, Spark) at scale
- Experience working with cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure)
