About the Role:  

The Global Talent Team is responsible for attracting the future of our workforce. As we scale, creating an effective process that purrs no matter what the spike in volume will be essential to enabling a great experience for our candidates, our hiring partners & our team of talent partners. In this role you will optimize our systems, workflows & manage a small team of Recruiting Coordinators who will surprise & delight our candidates each & every day. You will also have the opportunity to derive from multiple data sets the key actionable insights for talent, people & executive leadership teams so we always know how we are tracking toward plan & key KPIs. This role reports to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

Impact Youll Own:

• Develop, execute & optimize on new workflows & business processes that help maintain the balance between speed, quality & experience in our end to end recruiting process 
• Develop & maintain key recruiting & diversity analytics dashboards & presentations in collaboration with People Operations. 
• Create & lead various training & enablement initiatives geared toward the recruiting team, hiring managers & interviewers. 
• Lead, inspire & help grow team of recruiting coordinators as they ensure consistent world-class candidate experience
• Drive & execute on systems integrations & implementations to ensure our tech stack matches the effectiveness of our workflows & the evolving needs of our business. 
• Play leading role in managing the TA project roadmap & routinely presenting out on progress as aligned to Team OKRs. 
• Lead efforts to develop competency or skill frameworks for a job role or a family of job roles

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in the full lifecycle of recruiting in both technical & non-technical positions & the ability to understand your internal customers needs
• Deep project management experience with the ability to prioritize based on business impact
• Strong analytical skills that allow you to tell effective stories to key stakeholders from the data your glean
• Ability to lead by example & manage a team inclusively by delivering regular guidance on how team members can grow & develop their career
• Passion for all things recruiting with the ability to tie back operational priorities to our team mission & pillars

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Experience in Greenhouse (including Recruiting, CRM, Business Intelligence & Inclusion)
• Advanced experience in Excel/Sheets & Powerpoint/Slides
