The Opportunity:

Title: HR & Compensation Analyst
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
Reports to: Director, Compensation

The Compensation team plays a key part in ensuring IAC's public & private equity plans serve their function of attracting, retaining, & motivating employees.


  • Maintain employee equity database, updating information & running required & requested summary & detailed reports
  • Analyze daily reports from the external stock plan administrator
  • Prepare weekly & ad-hoc reports relating to stock plan activity
  • Answer employee questions & resolve problems regarding equity plans & grants
  • Prepare & distribute grant documentation & agreements for new-hire & ongoing grants
  • Work on special projects related to equity granting & reporting
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect & analyze competitive salary information to determine the company's competitive position


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional analytical & quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy & details
  • Creative problem-solving skills, good judgment, & an ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task & juggle several projects & requests with exceptional time management skills
  • Self-starter capable of working independently
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • 1-2 years of compensation experience with medium to large publicly traded companies highly desirable
  • Experience with stock-based compensation, including stock options, restricted stock and/or performance-based stock awards highly desirable
  • Experience with equity administration platforms is highly desirable
