WorkFusion (WF) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Automation Intelligence (AI): Java support, troubleshooting, performance analysis & bug fix of Business Processes of On Premise & Cloud WF Customers.
We are looking for a Java developer/experienced supporter with good troubleshooting skills for L2 tickets triage in 16x5 mode.
Candidate will be trained & certified by WF Automation Academy as RPA/AI/Platform developer/architect.
Provide support for client issues related to Business Process implementation/performance.
Escalation to L3 engineers.
Participate in communication with the customers (WebEx sessions, Jira), developers, L3 engineers, delivery managers.
Basic Unix commands
English B2 & higher as a specialist is frequently involved into direct communication with the Customer's clients.
Experience in System Engineering is nice to have.
Utilized technologies/tools/methods: JAVA is the main for the position & the rest is Selenium, REST, API, Windows Server, Linux/RHEL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Bash/Shell, Ansible, AWS S3 Storage, Nexus, Apache Tomcat, NGINX, Mesos, Docker, Marathon, ZooKeeper, Logstash, RabbitMQ, Tableau, KANBAN/ITIL, Atlassian JIRA/Confluence.
English B2 or higher is require for direct communication with WF Customers via WebEx or JIRA.
