About the role:

The IFP Marketing Associate, Broker Growth is the internal champion for the IFP broker audience both within the Marketing department & cross-functional teams. Responsible for developing our product & brand positioning to the broker audience & translating into communications & campaigns that grow broker channel member growth

You will report into the Associate Director, Marketing. This is a remote role, you will work remotely in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Note, this list of states is subject to change.


  • Own the integrated marketing strategy for the IFP broker audience across channelsprimarily email, collateral, website, & educational webinars.
  • Work closely with our sales, P&L & plan design teams to develop an understanding of our insurance products & benefits.Adapt our consumer-facing positioning & messaging to the broker audience to promote channel sales growth.
  • Maintain the broker feedback ecosystem & conduct audience research to provide valuable insights to inform the Sales, Marketing, & Product organizations. Partner with our Consumer Insights Lead to measure quantitative & qualitative feedback related to satisfaction with our tools, products, & support.
  • Scope & develop product feature launches for our proprietary broker-facing technology products (including the Broker Portal, the online platform for Oscar brokers) in partnership with Product, Design, & Sales. This will include creating training resources & feature documentation.


  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing and/or sales enablement
  • Experience building processes from the ground up

Bonus points:

  • Experience with email communications & sales education
  • Experience working with a sales organization & forging relationships
