Role Overview
Want to join the founding team at a venture backed, quickly growing startup? We are looking for a dynamic & creative individual to lead the charge on digital product. Moreover, we're looking for someone who wants to build something great, get in at the ground floor, & develop a customer-obsessed culture. To be successful in this role you will need to both see the big picture & execute rapidly. We're constantly jumping between daily tasks & long term strategy. 

Role Description
As our first product hire at Stix, you will bring together the team, freelance developers, & lead initiatives that deliver meaningful customer experiences & drive business value. You're ultimately responsible for driving impact for customers & our business by:
Leading the ideation, technical development, & launch of innovative digital products that enable customers to interact with the Stix community & purchase Stix products.
Collaborating with cross-functional team members both internally & externally within engineering, design, data, research, marketing, operations, & product development.
Creating & articulating a compelling vision, strategy, & roadmap; getting alignment from cross-functional team members & executives for their vision.
Defining product metrics, objectives, & key results to guide, prioritize, & measure the success of the product strategy.
Integrating research, data, & market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements
5+ years of consumer Product Management experience (i.e. creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch & working with cross-functional teams). 
Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, & design discussions.
Experience developing digital products & technologies.
Excellent communication, active listening & organization skills.
Dedication to great customer experiences, from end to end in the customer journey.
Strategic & analytical; data & hypothesis driven. Able to see the forest through the trees.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing.
Experience managing developers, Shopify, editorial & ecommerce experience is a plus
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.

The Details
This is a full-time, salaried role. During covid, this is a remote role. In a post-covid world (TBD when that is lol), this role is based in Philadelphia. We also spend a great deal of time in NYC so open to someone in New York as well. We're open to remote for the right person.

Compensation & Benefits
