About the Team:
The Confluent Growth & Marketing team is the engine building awareness & generating demand for the leading streaming platform based on Apache Kafka. We are category breakers, market definers & powerful technical persuaders helping every enterprise realize the power of streaming data. Our ability to think outside-the-box & bring together diverse skill sets allows us to define new roads to build an enterprise business unmatched in the industry. We tackle massive challenges & have fun solving them as a team.

About the Role:
We're looking for a Paid Social Manager to build & own performance marketing campaigns across multiple paid social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, & more. This hire will be a key member of our Digital Growth subteam, responsible for profitably driving high volumes of new leads for Confluent in a measurable way. Your main responsibilities will be onboarding vendors, buying, planning, executing, analyzing, optimizing, & reporting on the channels that you own. You are data driven at your core, & use data & testing to make decisions. You ultimately own the performance of your paid social channels, but will work cross-functionally with Marketing Operations, Data Science, Creative, Product Marketing, Web Optimization, as well as other Paid Media Managers to help you deliver great results - as a team.
