You want to drive one of the strategic initiatives of one of the fastest growing Martech companies? You want to maximise client engagement? You like to listen to customers & turn them into partners & ambassadors? 

We are looking for a WW Head of Customer Experience, to manage our team of 15 Customer Experience members. The team has members in Paris, New York, London, Munich & San Francisco!

You will collaborate daily with various internal teams especially Marketing, Customer Success, Sales & Product. You are constantly in contact with our clients & partners.
You will manage the CX Managers in all the regions, while also leading the operational scalability of the group as we grow. You will report to Pierre Casanova, our Chief Revenue Officer. 

Ultimately, you & your team are the pulse of our Customer Experience, the voice of clients inside CS, representing one of Contentsquare key values.

Key responsibilities include :
Customer Advocacy
Customer Community Management
Customer Experience
Expansion of our User Base

In particular, our CX team interacts with our client base to measure NPS, animate our community of users, develop brand ambassadorship, ensure referenceability, & promote our new offerings. This team builds business development activities & campaigns around our client base, defines & delivers customer events, constantly improves the customer experience of our 850+ clients worldwide.
