The Job:

Trilogy Education Services is hiring aDigital Marketing Analystto join our Marketing team in Boca Raton. In this role, you will focus on measurement & analytics & be responsible for providing strategic insights to help accelerate the growth & efficiency of paid search, display, social & other marketing channels.

You'll work with internal & external stakeholders, reporting key learnings & presenting the strategy to address the complex challenges of marketing effectiveness, ROI, optimization strategies, behavioral targeting, & campaign effectiveness.

Digital Marketing Analyst responsibilities include tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior & exploring market trends & opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns & be comfortable with processing & analyzing marketing data. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently & we target our audience through successful campaigns.

Our ideal candidate is highly curious & passionate about achieving results through actionable, data-driven insights. He/she has excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion & ensure project deadlines are met. He/she must possess excellent problem solving skills & the ability to derive & present insights from data.


  • Analyze & report on landing page traffic & trends
  • Analyze search query data to identify growth & efficiency opportunities for the SEM team
  • Conduct keyword research to help SEM managers scale campaigns
  • Work with social media team to analyze data to optimize campaigns
  • Analyze audience & creative trends on paid social channels to identify growth & cost optimizations for PPC managers.
  • Assist product team with demand analysis for new course opportunities
  • Analyze & report on marketing KPIs such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate
  • Monitor budget distribution & performance of paid ad campaigns
  • Recommend website & campaign optimizations


  • 2-3 years work experience as a Marketing Analyst or a similar role
  • Experience working with SEM & PPC teams preferred
  • Data-driven individual with effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to present information to small groups
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of SEM, social media marketing, & Google Analytics preferred
  • Knowledge of Tableau or similar data visualization tools a plus
