Reporting to the VP of Corporate Services, the Inventory Control Manager oversees accuracy of inventory valuation & cost of goods sold transactions in the company's ERP system with a singular goal: Accurate Inventory Always. Achieving this goal will require the candidate to own (i) design & maintenance of Navision inventory transactions & reporting; (ii) oversight of warehouse inventory management teams & physical inventory processes & (iii) analysis of variances in materials cost & overall cost of goods. This role will ensure that the operations team maintains accurate inventory valuations by improving processes & reporting, approving inventory reconciliations, analyzing production volumes & costs, creating & maintaining standard costs, developing new product costing, & plan & validate work orders / bill of material setup.
This is a challenging role in a dynamic environment with a range of manufacturing & logistics challenges & room to grow. This position is located in our Westampton, NJ fulfillment center. The processes, controls & accounting will span both coasts including our West Coast facility in Morgan Hill, CA. Expected travel requirements (post-COVID) of 25%
