  • Playing a core role in further scaling Nooms >$25M quarterly advertising budget to achieve ambitious ROAS & scale targets
  • Aggressively scaling Nooms Linear, Broadcast, Streaming, & VOD TV campaigns
  • Optimizing budget allocation & CAC targets across TV placements
  • Collaborating across Nooms Acquisition, Creative, Growth, & Data team to discover insights that drive further scale
  • Advancing Nooms TV measurement & attribution modeling through testing & measurement research
  • Owning respective network & agency relationships to ensure Noom has excellent service & access to premium opportunities


  • 2+ years of experience managing multi-million dollar monthly TV budgets
  • Highly logical, analytical, & innovative thinker
  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving & prioritization skills
  • Passion for data-informed decision making & acquisition
  • Energetic, self-reflective, self-motivated personality & can operate independently
  • Expert with excel pivot tables or Looker
  • Strong writing skills & creativity
  • Excitement for startup, subscription eCommerce, health, and/or Acquisition space
  • Self-motivated team player willing to work extremely hard
