As the Product Designer on the Email Enablement team, you will design tools that organizations use to build & maintain strong email sending reputations. For marketers, understanding how to send the right emails to the right people at the right time is a critical step towards reaching their audiences & keeping them engaged. Your focus will be creating tools that guide those marketers on email best practices, give them insight into the state of their sending reputation, & help get them back on the right path if their performance gets off track.
In this role, youll work closely with a small product team to drive how we enable users to send better email through guidance, remediation & protection, while managing risk to the HubSpot network. Youll need to move quickly & collaboratively to ensure HubSpot stays ahead of the game & youll need to build patterns & information architecture in order to deliver a consistent user experience amid constant change. Youll also be part of a wider UX group that works together to build on & improve the value our customers get from these tools.
