What is the Role?

Intersection is looking for a Digital Ad Ops Coordinator to join the New York team! The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Digital AdOps team. You will be responsible for the management of DOOH advertising campaigns across Intersections inventory in terms of operations support (QA, implementation, troubleshooting, etc). You will also interact with clients to communicate specifications, collect creatives & other collateral necessary for a campaign launch.

Within your first month:

  • Learn how the campaign trafficking process works
  • Understanding the business model - OOH, DOOH
  • Starting a relationship with our Sales team, Sales Operation team & other operation teams at Intersection

Within your first three months:

  • Starting to become autonomous with the campaign management process
  • High level overview of what the AdOps team is responsible for
  • Cultivate & maintain internal relationships with Engineering, Sales & Account Management teams, collaborating towards a common goal.

Within your first nine months:

  • Pre & post sale workflow
  • Become an expert in creative assets
  • Be an expert of our content management system
  • Supply support & ensure the effective exchange & implementation of information/assets among all relevant parties to achieve accurate & well-managed campaigns.
  • Support of pre & post sales workflow; including but not limited to: participation in kick-off calls, communication of ad specs, collection/generation of assets, campaign data entry (3rd party ad systems, etc.), detailed media QA, & campaign launch.
  • Support sales & account management teams with advertising clients & agencies. A primary point of contact for technical issues & questions related to content.

Youre great for this role because:

  • You have great attention to detail & excellent organization skills
  • You have advertising experience
  • Experience using various Ad Servers/SSPs/DSPs/CMS systems a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising processes (knowledge of ad serving technologies & all components of ad campaigns, including ad units, products, custom development & content integration).
  • Digital Signage, digital place-based, digital out-of-home experience is a plus
  • Experience with project management, account management, or relationship management.
