Blink Health seeks a skilled, highly motivated, & results-driven Social Media Manager to grow audience & engagement for our owned media channels. We are looking for a natural storyteller to develop & execute integrated social strategy to bring Blink Healths brand pillars to life across all relevant social platforms. You live & breathe the ins & outs of social mediafrom the latest algorithm change to the hottest trends. Youre an ace at weaving strong brand vision with emerging cultural moments, compelling content, evergreen brand pillars, & analytics to then develop a strategic & tactical social media plan & put it into action. A team leader & team player, you are as comfortable delegating as you are rolling up your sleeves & getting your hands dirty. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are proactive, & require little direction from your supervisor. As Social Media Manager at Blink Health, you will:
Develop & implement an ever-iterating, insights-driven social strategy with a fresh grasp of best practices across the competitive landscape; maintain a social calendar that aligns with editorial content, product launches, promotions, & brand moments.
Evolve & elevate Blink Healths social storytelling & community engagement via both evergreen brand pillar content & timely campaigns in partnership with Performance, Growth, Product, & Industry Marketing initiatives & Communications.
Establish KPIs & consistently develop & produce stories driven by data & analytics; continually test, learn, & optimize social content.
Create compelling original content as well as amplify Blink Healths blog content across social channels to drive growth, reach, & engagement.
Oversee community management in partnership with the CX team to ensure engagement across all channels is appropriate, on-brand, & as real-time as possible.
Continually monitor & manage our social media listening platform; report on monthly performance & community trends.
Were Looking for You to Bring:
5+ years experience managing social media channels, preferably for a health, healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brand, & working with social media management & reporting tools; plus demonstrated ability to grow audiences & build community across digital & social channels.
Bachelors degree, preferably in journalism, communications, or writing.
An understanding & passion for audience development & growthand for how brand storytelling fuels both.
Demonstrated success at content creation, from idea to execution, across all social channels & formats, from thumb-stopping social graphics to clever caption copy to compelling video storytelling.
Proven ability to engage, connect, & build an audience across multiple channels & to interpret analytics, communicate results, & formulate social strategy.
Strong attention to detail in both written & visual contexts & an always on sense of urgency to publishing; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite a plus; past experience with & proficiency in social media publishing platforms, such as HootSuite.
Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, & enthusiasm to collaborate across different teams to inform, conceptualize, & produce content & execute disruptive programs that amplify & elevate the Blink Health brand.
