We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. You will build & manage marketing mix models, & use them to optimize return on Marketing spend across FanDuel Group. You will work on various individual & team assignments to continually evolve the various tools, models, & data visualizations used to drive the FanDuel Group marketing divisions.

Everyone on our team has a part to play.

  • Work as an individual contributor to take on the more ambiguous & technically challenging marketing analytics problems within FanDuel Group
  • Develop & manage mix models to report on effectiveness of campaigns across all our products
  • Work with agencies, vendors & in-house data engineers to source & manage all the data elements required for marketing mix modelling, channel attribution, & channel optimization
  • Partner with Marketing Tech, CRM & Ad Ops teams to ensure proper tag management
  • Audit marketing data for quality & completeness, tracking & closing out issues as they arise
  • Run simulations to inform & optimize marketing spend mix for ongoing & upcoming campaigns, & to address specific questions from Marketing, Finance & Commercial teams
  • Create tools & models for business owners to generate actionable insights on marketing campaigns, ensuring they are complete, accurate & regularly reviewed & refreshed
  • Serve as an exemplary lead to other analysts through coaching on analysis techniques & insights presentation
  • Generate & communicate project timelines & plans for projects to manage workload & stakeholder expectations
  • Opportunity to provide mentoring to analysts in your team

What we're looking fr in our next teammate 

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical, technical or commercial field preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in a role measuring Marketing effectiveness & working with on-line & off-line Marketing data
  • Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
  • Strong personal organizational & time management skills, able to juggle multiple complex projects
  • Proficiency in SQL & Excel required
  • Experience with one other programming language for data analysis & exploration Python, R, or Spark required
  • Demonstrated experience using data visualization software to convey analysis in an easy to digest format
  • Experience working with Tableau for data visualization preferred
  • Experience creating & managing models for marketing mix & channel attribution
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills - demonstrable track record of influencing up, down & across organizations
  • Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries & time zones
  • Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred
