Peloton is seeking a motivated & experienced Analyst to aid in the collection & analysis of data for the Field Quality team. This role will interface with multiple groups across the organization to identify & validate quality issues, correlate data from multiple sources, reconcile gaps, & establish standardized dashboards/reports. It will also manage reverse logistics to support Field Quality Processes across Pelotons full suite of products, including bikes, treads, tablets, accessories, & future product introductions. As an individual, you are independent, highly motivated, super organized, hyper-flexible, & enjoy working in a collaborative team environment to improve product quality.


  • Performs data analysis to identify trends in Customer Support & Field Operations data. This includes reviewing individual complaints, cohorting inspection data & creating project specific metrics to convey information to a cross-functional team.
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the US & International Field Quality teams. Defines & creates standard reports for daily, weekly, or monthly updates, utilizing dashboards & PowerPoint.
  • Monitors safety escalations in coordination with Member Support & Legal teams. This includes categorizing issues based on severity & business impact, defining metrics & maintaining regular reporting.
  • Communicates with Last Mile teams to identify inventory & manage the reverse logistics process to transfer units to the Secaucus Quality Lab for the US team.
  • Acts as a project manager for the Jira ticketing process to support the US & International Field Quality teams reverse logistics & failure analysis process.
  • Creates & maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document Field Quality processes in coordination with management. 


  • 1-3 years of professional experience in quality, operations, supply chain or logistics
  • High level of proficiency in Excel & data analysis
  • Experience working with Jira or Atlassian programs is a plus
  • Strong communication skills & ability to manage across teams & business functions
  • Exceptional ability to organize time & resources effectively to determine priorities
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced & rapidly-evolving environment
