1 Big Thing: Axios is a growth-stage startup dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format and, most recently, weve also launched an innovative SaaS product for corporate communications called Axios HQ. We are looking for a proven & innovative account manager to help us grow this new Axios product.
Why it matters: Our Account Manager will play a critical role in handling all renewals & partner with our VP of Sales to strategize the Axios HQ account management structure. They will serve as the primary point of contact for any current & future clients by providing superior customer service through attentive support & obsessive attention to detail.
Go Deeper: Ideal candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be highly collaborative, exhibit a passion for building something new, & have the following experience:
- 8+ years of client success, account management or customer success experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
- Extremely collaborative with the ability to build relationships with internal colleagues & external clients at all levels
