YouVisit is looking for...

The Regional Director will successfully own the sales process & take a consultative approach to help potential clients understand how they can use our innovative production & technology mix to identify & solve problems within their institution. The Regional Director will be a seasoned sales professional who overcomes challenges, makes connections with decision makers, & can sell cloud based products within the higher education & boarding school/private school market.

In this role, you will

  • Be a true hunter, prospect & develop quality relationships with potential clients
  • Complete full-lifecycle sales process, while effectively leveraging internal resources
  • Engage Director, VP, Provost, & Dean level decision-makers within educational institutions & navigate organizational structure through an effective mix of phone prospecting, email, social selling, & other sales methods
  • Through an understanding of business processes, eloquently communicate how our production & technology solutions can solve enrollment & branding challenges & drive results
  • Achieve monthly prospecting goals & ideally exceed revenue targets
  • Work closely with client success & production teams
  • Work industry conferences & be able to travel for client meetings when necessary

To be successful in this role you have

  • Higher Education sales experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Have 7+ years of sales experience
  • Experience selling digital solutions
  • Experience with a complex sales process involving multiple decision-makers
  • Full life-cycle sales experience, from first outreach to close
  • An understanding of innovative technologies/services
  • Experience selling to VPs, Provosts Deans & Directors of admissions/enrollment/international/graduate
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Self-starter with excellent prospecting & relationship building skills
