About the Job:

You are currently an eager, versatile analyst, or senior analyst, looking to level up, increase your knowledge & impact in the rewards space, & join a fast paced, rapidly growing disruptor in a niche market. Reporting to our Head of Total Rewards, our Equity & Compensation Manager will drive our equity programs & partner on our compensation strategy to achieve business objectives. You will own the day-to-day administration of Rent the Runways equity plan administration while engaging in driving aspects of our compensation strategy. You will be a member of the People Team & work closely with multiple cross functional teams, including legal, finance, payroll, & our business partners. This role is a critical part of our People & Total Rewards team with significant visibility to all levels across the organization & the opportunity to excel in a very dynamic work environment. What Youll Do:

  • Lead the day to day operational & administrative activities of RTRs equity programs & processes including SOX compliance, governance, recordkeeping, & reporting with discipline & rigor in a recently post-IPO space. 
  • Responsible for issuance of new grants, exercises, cancellations, & vesting event planning & execution in partnership with other equity plan stakeholders.
  • Partner with Head of Total Rewards as a consultant, advisor & subject matter expert with our Business Leaders, HR Business Partners & C-Suite enabling them to deliver our Total Rewards principles & employee value proposition.
  • Provide accurate, timely information to key business stakeholders (i.e., Tax, Payroll, Accounting, People Team) & support global tax & regulatory compliance.
  • Key stakeholder of quarterly reporting & year end compensation processes, communications, & reporting, including compensation committee materials & proxy drafting.
  • Enhance & document equity-related procedures, policies, & controls; provide supporting records & documentation for external audits.

About You:

  • Bachelors degree; one or more certified designations, CCP, SPHR, CEP- preferred
  • 5-7+ years of increasing accountability in the areas of compensation or equity plan administration 
  • Passion & inspired by data storytelling with strong analytics expertise with high proficiency in Excel and/or Tableau 
  • Knowledge of insider trading preclearance compliance, Section 16 compliance (Form 3, 4 & 5) & Proxy Statement reporting requirements preferred
  • Clear & client-focused written & verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain organization & prioritize tasks; track record of completing multiple projects within established deadlines simultaneously in high stakes environment
  • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in which decisions are made collaboratively & within a high performing, engaging team
