The Maintenance Coordinator is the primary point of contact for resident requests & inquiries ensuring prompt response & high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience & professionalism. Previous experience in property management, leasing agent, is a plus but not required. The Maintenance Coordinator also serves a coordination function for the Repairs, Turns, & Maintenance team with regard to maintenance requests from tenants & Portfolio Managers.
