The Eventbrite Marketing team is a centralized, multi-disciplinary group of strategists, creatives, researchers, & makers, who work to acquire & retain event creators & attendees, while building a strong, enduring, & loved brand. We are specialists within our individual areas of expertise & collaborators with other functions like Product, Communications, Sales & Customer Success to support our customers.
You'll own our customer communications strategy -- what we want to communicate to creators & consumers, through which channels, & at what cadence. We are looking for a marcom strategist that coordinates our customer messages across functions & ensures that we are always communicating with consistency & empathy, while supporting our business objectives. You'll be responsible for a team tasked with building stronger relationships with customers through engaging lifecycle marketing campaigns, identifying cross-sell & upsell opportunities, & increasing loyalty & retention that will drive meaningful business impact.
