Job Description

Traackr is looking for a senior account-based marketing manager to join our growing team & take our ABM strategy to the next level. You will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, & measuring programs to generate prospects & advance opportunities at targeted accounts across multiple territories & industries in North America & Europe. Reporting to the VP of Marketing & working in close collaboration with our sales development lead, you will collaborate to evolve our ABM strategy, bring new ideas to the table, identify opportunities for improvement & run with solutions. *Traackr is a small yet mighty team; the ideal candidate will have no problem transitioning between thinking & doing.* One day, you will wear your strategy hat, the next day, you will roll up your sleeves & get the work done. To succeed, you will need to exercise your creative, analytical & organizational muscles on the regular.Having transitioned to an account-based approach over the last few years, this has become a well-respected function within the business. You will be joining a marketing & sales organization that thrives on collaboration & strives for excellence.

You have a track record in partnering with sales & don't believe in measuring your success by the number of leads that come in the door. Instead, you understand the revenue machine & appreciate how marketing, sales development, sales & customer success collectively contribute to reaching financial goals. You should be hungry for data, driven by KPIs & focused on achieving measurable results.

Marketing to marketers comes with great responsibility. The ideal candidate will have experience conceptualizing & executing memorable account-based programs for a savvy marketing audience that is immune to boring tactics. You will have fabulous written communication & a knack for delivering insightful messages that add value to our buyers lives & make their jobs easier.

What You'll Do

  • Design & execute different programs based on our target industries & account tier structure, including high-touch, 1-to-1 & 1-to-few campaigns.

  • Translate our positioning into engaging messaging that resonates with our buyers in our key segments across advertising, email, web chat, landing pages & live events.

  • Manage our paid strategy including account-based display, social advertising & paid search.

  • Develop quarterly plans to manage & allocate budget & establish a spending strategy.

  • Analyze performance of ABM activities & establish a regular reporting & communications cadence with stakeholders, including measuring account engagement over time for our named accounts.

  • In close collaboration with our event manager, plan roadshow style events that appeal to senior marketers.

  • Work cross-functionally with other areas of marketing (content, PR, social, design), to foster alignment & amplify the impact of your work.

  • Conduct ongoing research to understand our segments & buyers, evolve our personas & iterate on our account lists in collaboration with sales.

  • Manage one direct report & be willing to mentor other marketing team members

    • At least 5-7 years of experience in account based marketing, demand generation or field marketing with proven success in developing & executing marketing programs & events that drive lead generation, account engagement & deal acceleration.
    • Strong background in marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, Engagio, SFDC), display & social advertising (Rollworks, or similar), SEO/SEM & events.

    • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

    • Ability to analyze & interpret metrics around ABM performance & adjust strategy accordingly.

    • Excellent relationship, communications & collaboration skills, especially working cross-functionally with a sales organization.

    • Ability to work collaboratively across internal & external teams in a decentralized & global work environment.

    • Knowledge of the influencer marketing, social media & / or advertising technology markets is a plus.

    • Having transitioned to an account-based approach over the last few years, this has become a well-respected function within the business.
