The Enterprise SolutionsEngineer will have the responsibility to support the North America Enterprise Sales Team in their pursuit of new business & upsell opportunities by providing subject matter expertise, demo delivery, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, & develop strong relationships. It is important that one have a strong customer-centric mentality & genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers' real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution set to solve them. - Work directly with Enterprise Sales Team by providing subject matter & product expertise
- Help customers & prospects find a solution to their business challenges via our growing solution set
- Manage multiple priorities & projects simultaneously
- Engage with customers & prospects directly when necessary to provide support for sales activities
- Capture all relevant details pertaining to existing opportunities in support of Sales Team & facilitate effective implementation & support via knowledge transfer
- Travel to visit customers as required
