Job Description

The Enterprise SolutionsEngineer will have the responsibility to support the North America Enterprise Sales Team in their pursuit of new business & upsell opportunities by providing subject matter expertise, demo delivery, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, & develop strong relationships. It is important that one have a strong customer-centric mentality & genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers' real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution set to solve them. Conga has grown to 11,000+ customers due to our excellent customer success & it is important that you embody that as we continue to grow.


  • Work directly with Enterprise Sales Team by providing subject matter & product expertise
  • Help customers & prospects find a solution to their business challenges via our growing solution set
  • Manage multiple priorities & projects simultaneously
  • Engage with customers & prospects directly when necessary to provide support for sales activities
  • Capture all relevant details pertaining to existing opportunities in support of Sales Team & facilitate effective implementation & support via knowledge transfer
  • Travel to visit customers as required

  • 3+ years plus of Sales Engineering Support (preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem)
  • Software demo experience
  • High level of business acumen
  • Manage multiple priorities & projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Salesforce
