As we continue our growth, we are looking for an amazing HR professional to join our People team a HR Business Partner.  Reporting into a Sr HR Business Partner, you will be exposed to multiple business lines & functions, while also being able to own specific initiatives to help build out the People infrastructure.  This role offers a true mix of strategic consulting with on the ground execution.  From assisting managers with talent planning & performance development to overseeing investigations & ensuring adherence to state & local laws & regulations, you will have the opportunity to flex & grow your HR skillset.    
As our ideal candidate, you will have a wide range of experiences in HR including Employee Relations, Onboarding, Talent Management & Development, Recruiting Operations, & Compensation. You are able to work independently & are resourceful in finding answers to problems you with which you are not familiar.  You are comfortable making decisions even where there is some ambiguity, but know when to escalate & seek assistance.   Every employee is essential to our success, so you excited about building infrastructure & ensuring a great employee experience.  Creative problem solving & attention to detail are some of your notable strengths, along with the ability to move from the tactical to the strategic seamlessly.  Our team is a very engaged group, who like each other & celebrate each other's successes, & so it is important for us that you are a strong team player who will add to our culture & make us all better.
