  • Supporting channel managers & agencies across Nooms Digital (Facebook, Search, Pinterest, etc) & Offline (TV, Audio, Direct Mail) acquisition efforts
  • Providing technical, creative, & analytical support on marketing forecasting, channel management, & team meetings
  • Gaining exposure to Nooms advanced analytical tools & channel management processes
  • Ensuring smooth operations & flow of Acquisition Team meetings
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize operations across channels
  • Generating insights & sharing learnings across channels
  • Analyzing & adapting efforts to ever-changing market trends
  • Reporting to & working closely with the Director of Growth Marketing, who oversees a >$25M (and growing) quarterly advertising budget


  • Bachelors Degree with excellent academic background
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • World class work ethic
  • Energetic & willing to get hands dirty
  • Self-motivated team player willing to work extremely hard
  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excitement for startup, subscription eCommerce, health, and/or Acquisition space
