automotiveMastermind is looking to hire a Senior Accountant

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the general ledger & handling the monthly closing process
  • Preparing reconciliations of account balances
  • Performing analysis & analytics on balance sheet & profit & loss accounts
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, & oversight of processes & financial controls
  • Maintaining & reporting on various financial & operational metrics
  • Tracking variances between budget & actual
  • Collaborating with various departments within the company
  • Calculating employee bonuses & commissions

Who you are:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience
  • Experience using QuickBooks preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce preferred
  • Understanding of accounting processes & generally accepted accounting processes
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task & manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated & able to adhere to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Excel

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays & weekends may be required.
