The Head of People Operations will be the key driver in developing & executing a comprehensive people operations strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will serve as a thought partner to the COO & CEO with regards to all things people operations including diversity, equity & inclusion; leadership & coaching; employee relations; talent acquisition; engagement & culture; compensation; organizational design; performance management; & learning & development. The Head of People Operations will also oversee the people operations team & be responsible for leading, assessing, mentoring & supporting team members.
