As an Inside Sales Agent on a Compass agent team you will proactively call prospective clients to generate new business & qualify leads. In this role you will be conducting high volume outbound calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects & nurturing the lead throughout the sales process. This role will be fundamental in achieving the teams ambitious revenue growth objectives & in order to drive the bottom line. You are a highly motivated, self driven professional who operates with a sense of urgency & is motivated to meet aggressive goals. We are seeking a polished communicator as this person will often be the first point of contact with new clients.

The Inside Sales Agent will:

  • Prospect new opportunities & build a pipeline to reach quota by calling prospective leads
  • Understanding client needs & offering solutions & support
  • Qualify leads & determine prospect motivation
  • Cultivate relationships to convert to appointments predominantly through outbound phone calls, but also through email, text & social media
  • Manage database & utilize customer relationship management system to ensure lead follow up
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
  • Track & report weekly, monthly, & quarterly sales & productivity metrics
  • Practice scripts, handle objections & effectively convey value proposition
  • Schedule appointments for agents
  • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

What were looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales driven environment
  • In-depth understanding of Real Estate services & its position in the industry
  • Passion to hunt (cold call), educate & sell
  • Grit - someone who is not easily discouraged
  • Tenacity to handle rejection & continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Self-motivated, driven & energetic
  • Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone & presentation skills
  • Competitive, winning attitude
  • Must be licensed real estate broker or willing to get licensed

This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass. This role will not be employed by Compass. Any compensation will be paid by the Agent Team.
