As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating Qonto's timely provision of regulatory reporting to our Supervisory authorities. This position is key to ensuring consistent data quality, procedural discipline, & robust organization to deliver regulatory reporting.
You will be integrated into the growing Risk & Compliance department, & report to
Alexandre, our Lead Regulatory & Internal Governance.
As Regulatory Reporting Manager at Qonto, you will
• Coordinate Qonto's regulatory reporting to the authorities where Qonto is based. As a growing payment institution, Qonto is eligible for an increasing number of reporting, notifications, & declarations to its Supervisors, & the role will be instrumental in ensuring that Qonto delivers compliant reports
• Work alongside Data & the other teams (Finance, Growth, Product & Legal) to collect the necessary data & control its accuracy, consistency, & exhaustiveness
• Maintain data quality control over Qonto's regulatory reporting: continuous improvement of our process & data quality will be key in order to comply with our Supervisors' expectations
• Act as the point of contact for Qonto's Regulators in case of follow-up questions
• Make the necessary changes in case of new reporting requirements

About You
• Experience: you have prior experience (2 years or more) in regulatory reporting for a financial institution.
• Mastery: You master Excel with its financial or risk modeling applications. SQL and/or Python experience would be a plus.
• Languages: You are native or fluent in English & French. Other languages spoken at Qonto (Italian, German or Spanish) would be a plus.
• Organisational skills: You are structured, well-organized, & can arrange appropriately to keep the defined timelines. You are also able to anticipate hardpoints, & manage accordingly.
• Analytical mind: You have strong analytical skills & a critical mind, & you are able to work on continuously improving your deliverables.
