The Sr. Manager Internal Audit will be reporting to the Head of Internal Audit, the Internal Audit Manager is a key member for executing the annual SOX audit plan, including the review, testing, analysis, evaluation, & conclusion over the design & effectiveness of the Company's internal controls over financial reporting.
This position will also be an integral part of the planning & execution of audit & advisory engagements. Engagements include operational, financial, compliance, & technology aspects of the business.
This position will be hands-on in all aspects of project planning & execution of internal audit & SOX activities to ensure business risks are identified, recognized, & appropriately managed. This position interacts with management & process owners to discuss audit findings & recommendations to improve business practices.
