Position: Apply experience with Java app. server & RDBMS platforms to manage a team engaged in technical support to customers & production support of Appian Cloud. Manage root cause analysis, follow-through on resolving the root cause & communication with all parties. Support enhancements for customer-facing systems. Draft documentation & best practices.
Requirements: MS in CS, IS, Comp. Networking, Telecommunications or related or in LIEU OF the employer will accept BS in CS, IS, Comp. Networking, Telecommunications or related + 5 years exp. in technical software.
