Director, Field Marketing (Global) 

Tessian's marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic & data-driven marketer responsible for strategy & execution of global field programs that span physical & digital channels.  

The Director, Field Marketing will define & drive field & digital experiences at Tessian while setting the standard for best practices in the industry, driving pipeline generation & acceleration. 

This role is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketer to create unique, memorable, best in class field & digital experiences. This role is best suited for a creative, data-driven, high achiever with proven ability delivering first class field & digital experiences. You can think & act strategically but also dig in with the team to get things done.

Field & Digital experiences include our flagship Tessian Summit (HLS), virtual events, regional events, roundtables, 1:1 meetings, networking gatherings, email campaigns, & more as well as supporting global campaigns. Many of the activities are expected to be virtual for now due to COVID, with opportunities to travel in-person for select events based on your business travel preference. 
You'll be mange our Global Field Marketing strategy & execution, & serve as the marketing counterpart to our NAMER & EMEA Sales & SDRs leaders

You'll manage 2 Field Marketers aligned to specific segments & regions.

You'll report to the Head of Demand Generation.
