The Senior Production Designer independently creates production design solutions like image assets, display & social media banner resizes, digital layout refreshments & digital templates, also provides supervision & oversight during the process & ensures that these solutions meet business requirements & goals. Reporting to the Production Design Lead, the Senior Production Designer must work with & sometimes provide oversight to a team of production specialists.

You will:

  • Produce & helps supervise the production of high-end deliverables that meet client & industry standards. These deliverables include (but are not limited to) layout skinning, layout production, red lines, image asset creation, image optimization, image resizes & cropping, photoretouching & photomontage, animated & static online advertising banners emails creation, decks & visual guidelines creation.
  • Work closely with development Seniors & Leads to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
  • Help the Production Design Lead to provide reliable quality assurance on production design deliverables.
  • Actively participates in communications with stakeholders, partners, clients & offshore teams. This communication includes calls, meetings, IM & e-mail. Can present work during client presentations.
  • Collaborate in the success of a production scope, partnering with Producers & Leads to make sure deadlines are met on schedule & on budget. Anticipates issues & flags situations that might impact quality or delivery success.
  • Collaborate with other discipline Seniors to improve workflows & frameworks to ensure project success with client & user satisfaction.
  • Participate in recruiting & hiring department team members, interviewing candidates & collaborating with HR.
  • Participates in building & maintaining a rapport with clients, creative partners on client side, other partners agencies & vendors.
  • Contributes to the innovative development of the department.
  • Stay current with the latest design trends, systems, tools, technologies & platforms, while fostering excellence, learning & a collaborative environment among team members.

You have:

  • Advanced English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, & conversation)
  • 4+ yrs. Experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
  • Experience supervising & participating in teams working on production design projects such as site/app maintenance, digital marketing, digital animation & print, preferably for international clients & global brands.
  • Experience with campaign development & digital products execution.
  • Experience creating assets for digital products.
  • Experience designing & implementing production design processes & standards with a strategic approach.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, online advertising & business strategy concepts.
  • Solid understanding of interactivity & animation principles & best practices.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, trends, systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Extensive knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of After Effects & Adobe Animate.
  • Strong knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook),
  • Knowledge of remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote) & workflow management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp).
  • Basic knowledge of UI design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5 animation principles.
  • Familiar with CMS & frameworks such as: Bootstrap, Foundation, Wordpress, AEM.
  • Familiar with OA platforms such as: Celtra, Sizmek, DoubleClick, Flash Talking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design Advertising Design or related field or equivalent experience in advertising and/or digital agencies or startups is a plus.
